四 | 记者于证说：“清原抽水蓄能电站的投产发电，将有力带动地方原材料、建筑业、运输业等产业发展，为当地务工人员创造就业机会。预计电站6台机组全部投运后，每年将节约标煤15.8万吨，减少二氧化碳排放37.5万吨，节能减排效益显著。全部投产发电之后，每年将纳税超过1亿元。” 据了解，清原抽水蓄能电站预计将在2025年3月前完成6台机组全部投产发电。届时，电站将在辽宁电网中承担调峰、调频、调相、储能、系统备用、黑启动等职责，是电网大型的“调节器”“稳定器”和“平衡器”。
